We are thrilled you are visiting our website! We are Jenifer and Hayden McBride, “Team McBride”, a wife and husband partnership of Real Estate and Home Lending. Together we share more than 25 years of experience, knowledge and wisdom in the real estate and lending market. We have lived and owned homes in Orange and San Diego Counties over the past 20 years, and are passionate about helping others step-in to home ownership. We understand that buying or selling a home is easily one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make, and when “life” happens, many are unsure of what steps to take in buying or selling a home, so we offer resources and information so that our clients feel empowered and comfortable in taking the next steps.
Our business is one of close relationships and we are very fortunate to be able to share so many positive real estate experiences with our clients, both buyers and sellers. It is truly our pleasure to share in these experiences with our clients in owning their perfect Orange County home, in the right neighborhood, and for the right price. We strive to sell our client’s homes for the most money with the least amount of hassle. Satisfaction is handing over the keys to our Buyer’s New House or delivering pizza to our Sellers on move-out day – the ultimate reward for our hard work and it is why we strive to be Your Family’s Real Estate Husband and Wife Team! We specialize in Rancho Santa Margarita & Canyon Cities, also in Ladera Ranch and Rancho Mission Viejo areas.
We are excited to meet you and would love to buy you a cup of coffee!
Jenifer attended the University of Oregon, where she competed on the Women’s Crew Team and has had a successful career in sales and negotiation working with multiple top Fortune 500 companies, and has owned multiple homes in Orange County. Hayden grew up in the mortgage business, beginning with a family owned mortgage company where he worked after attending the University of Las Vegas, and later, Liberty University. As a blended family, they have 4 children all together. You can say they are a bit of a Brady Bunch family; 2 girls, 2 boys and 2 dogs. Their three youngest range from the ages of 10-17, and their oldest, a recent New York transplant. Together they work hard to serve their clients, who often become an extension to their family. They are also active in their community and in the church they attend. Living by “The Golden Rule” is their key to success.
